•Hands on Experience: I was involved in and Mechanical completion precommissioning,commissioning and startup of Union Carbide Bhopal, Cyanides and Chemicals with H&G, Bombay Dyeing and Mfg Co; DMT plant with TCE/ Petron, Herdillia Polymers with H&G,SVC Superchem Ltd with TCE and L&T, Garware Chemicals Ltd with H&G and Petron. Gathered experience from shop floor to Managing Operations. Rich experience in Pre-commissioning, commissioning Six Plants & operation of state of the art & control DCS system, manpower management, cost control, Productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing. Worked on fluidized & fixed bed catalyst Reactors, Gas Reformer, Distillation Columns, High-pressure centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, CO2 removal system, and Process optimizations.
•I was also The Safety Zonal head & auditor member for conducting internal audit on the guidelines of British safety council five star safety audits system. Having Sound knowledge of safe work permit /lock out and tag out systems.
•Teamwork: Team of 70 Managers/engineers/operators led by me, increased DMT plant production from 60,000TPA to 75,000TPA. I was also Responsible for PFAD based Biodiesel Manufacturing and Marketing of 36000MT/A.
•International Work Experience: worked in KSA in Pre-commissioning and commissioning at Al Jubail petrochemicals (KEMYA) Ethylene Gas based LLDPE catalyst plant and Presently with SABIC’s Worlds Largest Glycol Mfg Plant at JUPC( UNITED) at Saudi Arabia.

presently with Scintific Design German Worlds Largest Glycol Mfg plant of SABIC at KSA.My key role has been to supervise and direct operators during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, exercises responsibilities for safety of plant and personnel in shift. Evaluate safety aspects of work to be performed and ensure proper precautions has been taken before issuing work permits. Supervise plant operating activities, includes overall plant operation giving directions to operators, checking the product quality and quantity as per management requirement. Exercise general coordination over plant maintenance work including initiating notification, issuing permits, equipment preparation etc. Troubleshooting plant problems as required. Acted as fire captain in case of emergency.
