SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR CUM TECHNICIAN

ALL FIELD INSTRUMENTS COMMISSIONING AND CALIBRATION(lab & field)AND PRE-COMMISSIONING ACTIVES.

Responsibilities and duties:
1.Modification of the interfacing signals from the various devices and sub systems to the DCS, assigning terminals. Performing loop checks, functional checks for the various instruments and subsystems to the DCS.

2.Commissioning of Well head Hydraulic Control Panel, F & G System Controlled by Allen Bradldy PLC With RS Logix 5000 System.

3.Commissioning of some systems in B.M.S( Boiler Burner Management Systems )

4.Performing internal function test and witness test.

5.Trouble shooting in process control loops, interlocks system, start up and shutdown logic sequences ( pumps , high pressure boiler, compressors)

8.Preparation of reports, long term trends and historical reports.

9.Commissioning of field instruments (transmitters, RTD, thermocouples, gauges, switches, motor operated valves, pneumatic valves, Control valves)

10.Displacer Type level instruments of various make like FISHER & FOXBORO & ROSEMOUNT & MEGNETROL & ULTRASONIC Level Transmitters Calibrations.

11.Control Valves and Shutdown valves of make FISHER & ABB & BIFFI Valves calibrations.

12.Fire And Gas Instruments like a H2S GAS DETECTORS Calibrations make ICARE & HONEYWELL.

13.ROTOR MOV Valves Calibrations.

14.Prepare daily and weekly construction report, as applicable.

15.All field instruments LAB Calibrations & FIELD Calibration.
