• Identify the processes necessary at the department level for the effective implementation of Integrated Management System. Document these processes necessary to the extent to assure their effective operation.

• Support departments in ensuring the effectiveness of the selected management systems and develop schemes to improve upon the processes and products.

• Plan and conduct audits and circulate audit summary report. Maintain records of Audit summary report and CARs/PARs and proactive follow up for the closeouts of the same to ensure compliance within committed target dates.

• Recommend quality techniques to the Auditee / process owners for continuous improvement

• Develop Monthly Executive Report for ˇĄThe state of QUALITYˇ¦ by collecting data from departments/Projects and analyze it using quality tools such as SPC. Incorporate Management suggestions and continually look into more innovative and effective ways to improve upon the quality of data for the defined objectives.

• Register Customerˇ¦s complaints and follow up with the concerned departments/Projects for corrective/preventive actions and verify disposition based on objective evidences for timely closeouts.

• Plan and conduct Quality Management awareness programs in project/works.

• Analyze the Document Change Requests and share recommendations for improvement with the concerned functionaries.

• Study contract & specification thoroughly for developing PQP and Field HSE Plan for various projects to meet customerˇ¦s expectation/requirements comprehensively in collaboration with site nominated QHSE staff.

• Monitor and maintain data and information statistics on HSE activities and incident trends to provide analysis and recommendations.
