Position: Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer
Project: Gbaran Ubie Integrated Oil and Gas project
(EPCC for CPF) ---- “PROJECT contract Sum”-- $897,300,12

Responsibilities
- Prepare job hazard analysis (JHA) for E&I jobs.
- Prepare work procedure for E&I daily Task
- Raise needed permit to work (PTW) for Electrical Task at Various locations.
- Construction/Installation of power supply System.
- Installation of Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) for Generated power Control
- Carried out Test on Installed electrical system (E.g Hi-pot test, IR test. etc)for QA/QC Certification.
- Mediate between the company and sub-contractors for E&I Construction Contract.
- Monitoring/Ensuring Sub-Contractors meet to Design/Drawing(PEFS SPEC, Client SPEC and Standards including ITP.
- Provide expertise to site team to avoid/resolve quality problems.
- Perform inspection during fabrication activities as planned on Inspection and Test Plans.
- Inspection/Test on Electrical/Instrument cable prior to/after installation.
- Responsible for monitoring Electrical & Instrumentation construction work for conformance to Design and Engineering Practice.
- Supervision and Inspection of cable glanding and termination on transmitters, pressure/temperature indicating instruments.
- Inspection of tubing installation on gas metering skid for instrument air.
- Supervised construction/installation of cathodic protection system for condensate vessel and closed drain vessel.
- Supervised installation of plant Earthing grid (Mesh system)
- Supervision of interface activities with other discipline.
- Issuing Site Query/Deviation in accordance with construction standards.
- Closing out of CAR’s & NCR’s as regards design and construction standards for A'Check and B'Check lists close out prior to handover to commissioning team.
- Team member commissioning.
