• Installation & Commissioning of 12 MW turbine and Generator (NG-GEVISA). Responsibilities include Automation of turbine, Excitation and Synchronization of Generator with WAPDA or Diesel Gen. Set.
• Export of Power to WAPDA through National Grid.
• Installation and commissioning of 15 MW turbine and Generator (Condensing & back pressure dual mode).
• Sizing, Selection and installation of Compressed air Supply system, consisting of three air compressors (Kaser 600 cfm each), two refrigerant dryers three air reservoirs and five kilometers of air piping.
• Preparation of Specifications of all Field instruments and DCS System.
• Preparation of Bill of material for installation of all automation systems.
• Selection of field instruments and DCS System.
• Installation and Commissioning of DCS (Honeywell – Experion) – 6500 I/Os.
• Installation & Commissioning of ABB’s AC 800F – Industrial IT System for Boiler’s Control.
• Installation and commissioning of iboiler system (a system for monitoring of boiler’s efficiency) by incorporating of OPC server in ABB’s Industrial IT System.
• Installation & commissioning of various VFDs.
• Calibration, Installation and Commissioning of Field instruments and control system (GE-Versamax, Vibration Monitoring System, Woodward Governor Control System & HMI Panelview – Allenbradely by using RS View) OMRON PLC SYSMAC CJ1G & Pro-face HMI; for Turbine & Generator of 12 MW & 15 MW.
• Installation & Commissioning of Siemens PCS-7 for centrifuges.
• Installation & commissioning of all field instruments for centrifuges.
• Working as Training Head / Consultant of E&I of Al-Moiz group.

Master in Science (Physics) Specialization in Electronics.
MBA (In Progress)

1- Certificate Course in Industrial Instrumentation & Process Control.
