1-Civil Engineer specialist to Monuc 5United Nations Mission)in DR Congo
-Responsible for the full pre-contract services including the production of tender documents describing work to be carried out by contractors on the upgrade or provision of new facilities, and post contract financial control.
- prepares preliminary estimates for planning purposes, develop such estimates as the designs develops and reports on any changes that have financial implications;
- Evaluates tender bids, analyzes and recommends contractors to execute the works and evaluates variations;
- Assists contracts management engineer in management of contracts; agree variations and the final account with contractors;
- Health, safety and environment supervision in the Monuc sites
- Supervise the construction and maintenances works in Monuc’s different sites
- Logistic operations: transport, accommodations and warehouse

2- Site HSE Advisor. Exxon Mobil Development Company, Chad Development Project: Onshore and Offshore
- Monitoring safety program performance to Exxon Mobil Development Corporation project specifications, and advising contractors on developing occupational health safety & environment programs for project construction work, including: tanks erection and repair, Piping, Earth works, civil works, Electrical, Camp construction and maintenance, Project Logistics Operations, Environmental road patrol . Training and Coordinating Local Communities Contacts information's relating to the project activities. Training and supervision of Local Community Coordinator and developing and implementing community road safety awareness campaigns for remote village populations affected by new road construction, borrow pits and education training on the vehicle traffic (project convoys).
3- Monitoring construction project program performance to Ministry of Education of Chad
• Evaluating tender bids, analyzes and recommends contractors to execute the works and evaluating variations;
• Preparing the budget for the Ministry.
• Report to the Ministry of Education of Chad and the Work Bank
• Projects planning and Processes assessment by using: PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technical), GANTT, FAST (Function Analysis System Technical) and, SADT (Structured Analysis and design Technical).
