• Troubleshoot Compressor (seal problems) for Natural Gas delivery to power companies
• Fuel Gas Conditioning - GE Frame 6B turbine
PHA for New Installations and Upgrades to Gas Gathering and Compression Stations
• Management Of Change – Policy and Tracking Development
• Process Simulation for Condensate Recovery and Environmental Impact Upgrades
Process Safety Valve and Vent System analysis for offshore platforms using FLARENET and in-house software. System debottlenecking and PSV sizing/verification for new operations.
Restoration/Optimization of existing, hurricane damaged NGL facility. Heat Exchanger and vessel/piping rating, insertion of new vapor recovery compressor for regulatory compliance at higher production rate.
• Life of Facility process simulations for offshore platforms and FPSOs. Base, Design and Max case determination for multiple well stream configurations. Heat and Material Balance tables. (Shell International Exploration and Production)
• Process Engineering and Environmental/Safety due diligence reviews and hazard communication. FPSOs and TLPs (Shell/Enterprise Oil, BP) Nigerian and Brazilian regulatory issues
