• Facilitates client’s transaction such as deposit, withdrawals, check encashment, remittances, dollars conversion and other banks transaction.
• Has taken a series of seminars for making remarkable session plans

• Exercising care and diligence in the course of duty for detection of counterfeit notes, forgery, money laundering and etc.
• Handle counter enquires; assist in investigations relating to cash transactions/services; describe the bank's various distribution channels to new and existing customers and recommend alternative access points when appropriate.
• Received deposits such as cash and other cash items from clients
• Perform cash payment for withdrawal and cheque encashment
• Conduct piece count for cash and cheques
• Sort bills according to denominations and separate the mutilated bills
• Verify counterfeit items and report to the branch officers if found
• Verify the posting media from clients for accuracy of data and information
• Check the technicalities of cheque received for encashment and deposits
• Vouched deposit slips, withdrawal slips and cheque for accuracy of machine validation
• Batch the transactions for summary totals of cash received and cash disbursed
• Bundle cash and turn over to the branch cashier
• Make entries for booking, reversal and adjustments for daily financial transactions.
• Assigned to different branches for man power assistant depends upon the request of a certain branch how long they need assistance.
• Reliever for pick-up teller; pick –up voluminous cash deposit and transaction from valued clients; conduct inter-relationship with the pick-up clients for marketing strategies.
