• Formulate & Implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000) in Oil & Gas Projects.
• Preparation of Project Quality Plans, QA / QC Procedures, Quality Control Plans (ITP’s), WPS / PQRs
• Quality Assurance activities like Vendors evaluation, Vendors documents review Internal & External Auditing etc.
• Conducting welding procedure and welder performance qualifications
• Welding, Painting & Coating Inspections in Oil & Gas Projects.
• Review / Interpretation of Radiographic films.
• Stage inspections of Boiler & Pressure Vessels Manufacturing and Erection.
• Stage inspections in Construction of Pipe lines, Refinery piping, Storage Tanks, Structures like pipe racks etc. in Oil & Gas projects
• Hydro static Testing and Pre commissioning of piping and pipe lines
• Inspection of piping materials, valves, heavy equipments like Pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc at manufacturer’s premises and sites.
• Corresponding with Clients, Third party agencies and other technical supporting teams during project execution.
• Job assigning and co-ordinating inspection teams.
• Preparation and compilation of Test Packs and Manufacturing Data records.
• Interpretation of International codes like ASME SEC-II, V, VIII Div.1, IX / ASME B-31.3 / 31.4 / 31.8 / ASTM / API-1104 /API-5L, Shell standards & PDO Spec.
• Interpretation of drawings of Oil & Gas projects, Boiler & Pressure Vessels.

• B. Tech – Mechanical Engg. From JNT University, Hyderabad, A.P.
• Diploma in Mechanical engineering.

• Certified Lead Auditor-ISO 9001:2000 QMS
• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector
• ASNT Level – II in RT, UT, MPT and PT
• DNV Certified IMS (Integrated Management System) Internal Auditor.
• STOP (Safety Training Observation Programme) & H2S Training.
• PDO (Petroleum Development Oman) approved QA / QC Engineer.
