Job Description
a. Directly reporting to the Project Manager.
b. Studying the project scope of works, client’s requirements, BOQ, technical specification, project milestone from the supplied bid documents.
c. Preparing the Direct and Indirect cost of the project such as material take-off from the supplied bid documents, supervisory manpower, temporary facilities, overheads, running expenses etc.
d. Coordinates with the cost and technical consultants on site.
e. Participate to the clarification meetings.
f. Ask sub contractors and suppliers’ offer and reviewing them before submitting to the main contractor for the evaluation of the client.
g. Preparing the BOQ according to the client’s standard requirements or self established BOQ( if unavailable)
h. Preparing the final quotation including all qualifications, optional offers (if required), and valued engineering.
i. Preparation of variation cost against the tender documents during Post Construction.
j. Preparing all technical details and information for all major items for the technical submittals.
