Job responsibilities as an Executive:

1. Will work hand in hand with QA assistant. Manager to make sure that the yarn going out from the factory is within the set standard
2. Will see that the jr. executives and their subordinates are doing their work properly
3. Will check the regular batches in absence of QA Assistant Manager and will give the Pass fail for the batches unloaded from dyeing
4. Will follow up the urgency given from planning
5. Will be responsible in preparing the daily pass fail report
6. Will take care the order wise storage of ok & not ok knitted panels
7. Will prepare the spectra reports following the priority list for the batches cane for QA pass-fail decision
8. Will do the necessary fastness tests as required following the SOP
9. Will give a helping hand to the physical lab. For doing the tests & preparing reports
10. Will collect the greige yarn cones from the store for doing several tests as per instruction
11. Will perform the TPI, Count, moisture content, pilling, Tensile Strength, Perspiration, Rubbing, wash fastness, light fastness etc. in various ISO methods
12. finally reporting to the sr. Executives and Head of the fepartment




Technical Services Department


1. Scheduling and guiding the Subordinates
2. Co-ordinate and contact with other departments in the factory and CHO
3. In absence of departmental head back-up his work
4. Providing the recipe of dyeing, it’s correction, modification for lab sample dyeing(both visually & data color correction)
5. selecting the closest shade option for customer approval
6. selecting & approving the closest shade options of topping, bulk checking for floor production
7. Supervising & operating the most modernize and sophisticated software, instrument & m/c(viz. data color, SPS, ATF, Ahiba Nuance etc.)
8. Approving the different chemicals, auxiliaries and dye lot test reports
9. Select the correct combination recipe in data color for dyeing(if necessary consult with concern person)
10. maintaining & allocating the monthly store requisition stationary goods for our department
11. providing requisition for different greige, semi-bleach & bleach yarn for different sample lab dips
12. Make-up different the dyeing program for sample dyeing m/c & finally report to the dept. Head
