Reporting to Project Manager regarding project progress
Handle side validation team of civil team for site survey, Electrical Team for Hazardous Are work & Instrumentation team for Cause & effect charts
Attend meetings & prepare minutes of meeting (MOM)
Preparation of Bill Of material (BOM), Material Take Off (MTO) & schedule of Prize (SOP)
Coordinating with relative discipline engineer & review the Design Basis , based on the Project Requirement, highlighted by Qatar Petroleum & suggest modifications, if need be
Handle small scale As-Built Drawing Projects with the help of site validation team
Exercising effective control over the Site.
Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
Preparation of designated procedures.
Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
Site surveying and setting out, dimensional control.
Monitoring of all Sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is as per specification and is completed on time.
Completing all necessary Q.A. documentation related to the work under his direct control and coordinate daily site inspections.
Effective management of progress of work at site.
Ensuring that all information on drawings is conveyed to the workforce in a proper manner and details produced where required.
Preparation of marked up drawings for As-builds
making As-Built Drawings on Auto CAD 2007.
Site Visit.
making P & I D, Bill of Material, Progress Review Chart for currunt project as per project requirements
