 Start, follow up and finish the polymerization reaction through DCS (EMERSON VER.9).
 Requesting of raw material from store keeper.
 Follow up the preparation of Intermediate material.
 Receiving and follow up discharge of raw material to it is storage tank.
 Reporting a daily shift report to the Production Manager.
 Filling in the required documents of the ISO 9001 certificate.
 Internal auditor for environmental management system ISO 14001.

Quality Controller.
 Receiving and follow up discharge of raw material to it is storage tank which received from ship tank in our terminal in ADABIA PORT.
 Performing the following analyses.
1- Vegetable oils.
2- Chemicals which stored in the tanks.
3-Industrial water (boiler, Softener unit…)
4- In the Lab.: Preparation of the standard solutions (Acids, Bases, Buffers …).
