Responsibilities
 To manage projects and ensure projects are being executed in accordance to the requirements
 Overseeing the smooth implementation of research projects, from set-up to project delivery
 Perform quality control checks/audits on fieldworks suppliers for projects
 Ensure data collated from fieldwork suppliers are timely, accurate and competitive
 To undertake any duties as may be requested by the Head of Operations to assist in the smooth running of the company.

 Preparing technical reports and document activities and management
for projects.
 Assist in planning, controlling the execution of technical and administrative function of project.
 Managing and co-coordinating multi-discipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient and cost effective and timely manner.
 Site visitation for gas supply projects.
 Assist in strategic planning and Administration.

 Hold weekly project meeting with clients where job progress and hindrances are discussed.
 Assist in Compilation of safety statistics records.

 Assist in preparation of job safety hazard analysis.
 Assist in company focal point in relating with host communities and HSE.
 Carrying out monthly HSE audits and using result to set up improvement plan.
