Mechanical/Static Equipment Engineer

Has two (2) years of relevant experience in the design and detailed engineering of Static
Equipment such us Pressure vessels and Storage Tanks. Activities include the following: Design
calculation and detailed engineering, preparation of Mechanical Datasheet, preparation of
RFQ/RFP package, and Technical Bid Evaluation and Vendor Data Review. Also performs
Mechanical technical audit (internal) in various projects.
With knowledge in Storage Tanks and Pressure Vessels specific Engineering Codes, Standards
and Practices such as Standard API 650, API 620, BS EN 14015, BS EN 7777, ASME Sec VIII,
and PIP. Also facilitates in-house trainings on storage tank construction overview and design
considerations and calculations.
Has four (4) years experience in Storage Tank construction which includes construction of
double-wall LIN/LOX and LPG tanks, and double deck floating roof condensate tanks, cone,
dome and umbrella roof tanks. Participates in tank roof air raising activities, hydro-pneumatic
testing, insulation (wool, PUF and perlite), painting activities and installation of impressed
current cathodic protection. Performs piping related jobs in EPC projects such as punch listing,
hydro and pneumatic testing, line cleaning/flushing, insulation and bolt torqueing. Also involve
in tank construction and piping material handling and inspection.
