About 25 Yers experience in the field of designing for boilers ( fire tube, water tubes, HRSG)pressure vessels (LPG vessels, knock out drums, separators), heat exchngers in accordance with ASME Codes for boilers and pressure vessels. Making calculations and production drawings complete with bill of materials etc and estimating the cost of equipments.
1. Design of Boilers
Has worked for design of boilers of various type, capacity and pressure, including power boilers, water & fire tube boilers, Sugar Mills (Bagasse Fired) Boilers, Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Hot Water boilers and Chemical Recovery Boilers..

2. Pressure Vessel
Designed various thick and thin wall, horizontal and vertical pressure vessels for oil and gas sector, chemical plants and refineries including LPG Tanks, Air receivers, columns, separators, knockout vessels, Deaerators, Chlorine containers, ammonia containers.

Design includes stress calculations according to ASME Codes, and the production drawings for boilers and pressure vessels.

3. Heat Exchangers
Mechanical design of shell and tube type heat exchangers including floating head type heat exchangers.

Air-cooled cross flow heat exchangers for oil refineries.
Suction and bottom heaters of storage tanks.
Steam coil air heater (clarifiers) elements for WAPDA Power Boilers.



4. Miscellaneous
• Storage Tanks.
• Piping and ducting etc.
• Structure; fuel conveying equipment in boilers.

5. Management

As the position requires leading the group of mechanical and chemical engineers and drafting staff. Scheduling and planning engineering activities, Making reports and presentation to the clients are the routine activities.

- Proposal Making.
- Manufacturing.
- Procurement of raw materials and vendor items.
