• Responsible for erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning of process control systems in ARAMCO AND SABIC projects
• Job responsibilities also include review of drawings, site modification, pre-commissioning, and commissioning documents, I & C test packages, calibration report, reliability operation test reports, plant performance guarantee documents, as built drawing etc.
• Familiar with transmitter calibration, control valve calibration, measurements like pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.
• Familiar with documentation for scheduling and operation of projects on site.
• Familiar with quantity surveying and estimating the project costs.
• Familiar with making reports of the site progress and get the project updated to go in-line with the schedule.
• Familiar with the measurement of level, flow, temperature, pressure, vibration, Pneumatic and Electronic control, control valves , Analytical instrument like CO2, O2, CO, etc.
• Checking open loop control system and closed loop control systems
• Familiar with PLC, microprocessor based system. Familiar of measurement like PH, and Conductivity etc.
• Calibration of instruments like pressure transmitter, level transmitter, flow transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, etc.
• Instrument tubing, sensors mounting, instrument wiring, fire alarm wiring, fire alarm panel and loop checking, pump inter-lock checking, plant interlock checking, etc.
• Control room and local instrument checking
• Control centre instruments like recorders, indicators, integrators, analog displays, digital displays, etc.
• Preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of instrumentation system in ARAMCO
• A group of technicians and trainees were working under me for the construction project as well as maintenance project.
• Involved in preparation of loop dossiers by coordinating with QC, and construction group.
• Coordinating with the clients through meetings and convincing the critical matters.

• Responsible for Trouble Shooting, Interlock Checking, Overhauling Instruments, Calibration, Burner Management Checking (PLC and Relay System), Annual Overhaul of Plant Instruments, Routine Maintenance of Analytical Instruments, Controllers, Control Valves, Process Measurements, Control Systems, Control Loop checking etc.
