• Maintain and ensure safety of one set of keys of strong room / safe.
• To discuss / settle all type of matters / dispute with concerned officers of Head Office.
• Responsible for smooth functioning / maintenance of branch.
• Ensure proper flow of cash in strong room in according to the FMS.
• Ensure all reports / returns are being forwarded regularly / properly.
• Deal with customers making business like inward / outward TTs.
• Supervise all transactions of inward / outward in FMS.
• Contact with other parties in connection with business expansion.
• Strictly check over the correct utilization of telephone / fax and consumption of
• Electricity to curtail the bills.
• Exercise security check / control over office management.
• Strictly control the pay and allowance of persons and other expenditures incurred on
daily basis.
• Prepare and control the budget of the Branch.
• Ensure punctuality and dress code for all the subordinates in the Branch.
• Open strong room / safe in the presence of Assistant Manager, check the correctness of cash as per ledgers both at the start of the day and close time.
