Listing out the Material specifications required for the project from the given Drawings.
Familiar with studying of Engineering Drawings of P&ID, Isometric & CATIA Drawings.
Checking out Receipt & Issue Inspection of Plates, Pipes & Online Fittings
Inspecting various stages like Marking, Cutting & Bending of Plates & Pipes (Hot & Cold Bending Method).
Carrying out precautions during Welding such as Pre-heating, Post- heating of Base metal & Electrodes.
Conducts Welder Qualification as per ASME Section-IX to different materials for various positions.
Inspecting welding for various Metals like Copper, Bronze, Aluminum, Titanium, Carbon & Stainless Steel.
Inspection of Set-up & Welding Parameters at various stages like Bevel Angle, fit-up, root face, root pass & its subsequent final passes of Welding as per WPS of piping & Structural Fabrication
Prepares WPS & PQR for various materials as per ASME standards
Prepares the Quality Control/Measurement plans, Test Plan/Weld Plans as per Client’s Requirements.
Prepares all necessary NDT Reports for Weld Visual, Dye Penetrating, Hardness, Ferrite and Radiography Test to the Inspected Area.
Checking out Hydro/Air Tightness/Leak Test by various methods for all Tanks & Spools that required.
Inspecting various stages like Blasting, oxidation, Painting & Insulation for pipes, structures.
