Professional Experience
I have about 7 year of experience in HSE position in oil and gas both onshore and offshore. Presently I am employe by BP Azerbaijan as an HSE Advisor on one of its offshore installations. My skills and experience consist of monitoring of onshore & offshore operation and construction work sites and ensuring that contractors work in compliance company's specific safety requirements
Provided that I am fluent in Russian, English, Azerbaijani and Turkish could be advantageous for better communications at various multinational companies.

Bachelor Degree in International Law, Successful graduate of BP HSSE Challenge Program (3 years), NEBOSH International Certificare, Radiological Protection Supervisor

The HSE management system that I have been responsible for or involved with has achieved great success. Currently I am the HSE ADVISOR for BP offshore installation (ACG Field, Chirag-1 Platform). We have achieved outstanding success with no fatalities, no Days Away From Work Cases and no Recordable Incidents since I joined this platform in January 2009.
I have a good experience in environmental, safety, and health, including incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and management systems development. I am a proven results-orientated, motivated, professional with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Recently, I was part of BP Export Pipelines HSE team and was responsible for four (4) Pump Stations and 1 (one) Intermediate Pigging Station
