 Ensure performance; understand the Health, Safety and Environment plan, compliance to the site safety program and accountability of subordinates.
 Conduct safety orientation classes for newly hire employees / workers.
 Enforce the projects disciplinary programs, strict compliance to company's safety policies and procedure.
 Conduct daily morning toolbox meeting and ensure the participation of his subordinates.
  To provide direction, guidance, and support on projects HSE issues on site.
 Coordinate site communications, including input to toolbox meetings.
 Coordinate management site visits Organize and lead site process audits.
 Coordinate and follow-up health risk assessment / health management plans on site
 Implement the existing company safety programs as well as the clients’ rules and regulations.
 Educate employees and improve attributes regarding safety matters with the help of poster, video shows, slides and direct communication
 Conduct unsafe act audit, prepare and keep records of all unsafe act violation
 Keep in touch with the new development in the field of accident prevention. PPE and First Aid Procedure
 Supplying information and education materials for toolbox meetings.
 Prepare and keep adequate records of all accidents and from these prepare such charts as it will best show the way to eliminating this accident.
 Monitoring house keeping, environmental & hygienic condition of the site.
 Safety precaution during commissioning activities, Hydro testing and acid cleaning of pipelines and equipment.
 Providing special training on topic scaffolding safety, confined space. Ladder safety, working at height and edge/Fall protection to all employees and supervisors.
 Safety supervision of the project works co-ordination and direction of all safety related activities at project site.

Professional Qualification:

● OSHA General Industry Safety & Health Standards (29 CFR 1910) Course from Kuwait in
2008. (OSHA – 900114377)
● Diploma in Industrial Safety Management from National Institute of Labour Education and
Management from India.
● Diploma in Environmental Management & ISO 14000/14001 from National Institute of
Labour Education and Management from India.


Educational Qualification:

● B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics with Physics, Chemistry from L N M University, India in 1995

● First Aid& Basic life support course from Emergency Medical Service, Ministry of Kuwait
