Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in the implementation of the quality assurance program in
staff or project functions.

• To follow design guidelines, standards, and procedures to effectively execute assigned work.
• Review Technical Submittals i.e. Method Statements, ITP’s, Technical Drawing, Contractor’s NCR’s Dispositions, etc.
• Participated in the Quality Audit of Contractors and Sub-contractors
• Perform site inspection to ensure Contractors’ conformance to quality requirements
• Attending seminars and other upgrading activities which are safety and quality-related.

• Monitor the bend test, pressure test, tensile test, mandrel test to ensure the quality of pipe.
• To coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors
• Implements the QA program/plan for a project at an assigned location

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sampling and testing of construction materials such as soil aggregates, cement and asphalt

• Assessing on-going / completed construction and maintenance projects implemented by Project Management Office, Regional and District Offices.

• Preparing a report for non-compliance to the project requirements and ensuring the contractor to implement immediate corrective works.
• Participates in the implementation of the quality assurance program in
staff or project functions.
• Implements the QA program/plan for a project at an assigned location

• Directs the implementation of the project monitoring/auditing program at
the assigned construction or plant site or project / permanent office
location.

• Evaluating the validity and acceptability of inspection, examination and testing results
