Project : Sequoia Joint Development Project
Two manifold, 6 Plets, 11 jumpers, 6 spools….etc
•Checking & Approval for WPS, PQR and initiate corrective actions to be done.
•Witness for Welding Qualification Test.
•Checking that all welding activity including Dimensions, tolerances, preparation, fit-up and alignment are in accordance with approved drawings.
•Carrying out Visual Inspection at the workshop and at the field.
•Interpretation for RT, UT,MT&PT.
•Review Percentage of RT shoot for welder or welding joints.
•Checking documents for test packages with client included P & ID, iso. Welding Summary, material
•Electric continuity checking for all Structure.
•Modification of isometrics according to site situation and make as built.
•Supervision of hydrotest activity such as (flushing , pigging and Back Seal Test ) for all piping
•Take off and all reports for hydro test, punch list.
•Carrying out general punch list and checking all item are close
•Checking the procedure according to the international Codes: "ASME" ,"DNV" , "AWS D1.1"
•Preparing the final As Built dossier for the project
