PROJECT: Process and Utilities Barges - Kashagan Field Development Project
SCOPE: Procurement and Construction of six Barges (i.e. Oil separation, Dehydration and Glycol regeneration, Main and Emergency Power Generation and General Utilities barge) as part of Kashagan Oil & Gas Field Development Project (Kazakhstan).
DUTIES: Reporting to the Project Manager, managing Client engineering team, supervising Contractor engineering team, responsible for Contractor material procurement, answering to Contractor technical queries, constantly reviewing Contractor resources and engineering performance, managing external and internal interfaces (i.e. Transportation and Hook up Contractors, III Party verification bodies, Marine Warranty Surveyor, Classification Society, Engineering Contractor, Company Technical Authority), expediting engineering activity with Contractor and Subcontractors, managing changes implementation, responsible for naval preparation of the barges, managing and expediting Contractor documentation close out.

RELIABILITY, MAINTAINABILITY AND SAFETY Engineer
(1999 – 2004)
Working as Risk analyst, RAMS consultant and HAZOP assistant on different Oil&Gas and Petrochemical project
Working as Safety Engineer mainly on Offshore Oil & Gas projects, designing the Emergency and Safety system, defining the Shut Down Philosophy, designing F&G detectors and escape routes layouts, defining Passive and Active Fire Protection philosophy, preparing the specifications for the Firefighting system.

Environmental Engineer – Specialization on Oil and Gas resources

Graduation thesis: “Aquila oil field: Innovative techniques in deep-water completion and in-depth study on reliability and safety analysis” (supported by ENI Div. AGIP and SAIPEM).

Decisive, action oriented and result focused.
