Over Twenty years (20) years of overall experience in Developing, Coordinating, Preparing, Updating and Reporting Masters and Details Plan using Primavera P3 and P6.2 for interdisciplinary Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning projects (Civil, Mechanical, Piping and E&I), mainly, but not limited for the Oil and Gas Industry in both Onshore and Offshore as well as brown and green field facilities. Well experience managing personnel and in both theory and working knowledge managing the Planning and the Project Control Process by representing the client, as a team member in project management companies and coordinating subcontractors. Over four (4) years of international projects in Africa, Europe, the Caspian Sea, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Directly involved, as part of responsibilities, in specific areas such as: Work Breakdown Structure Developing (WBS), Take off material, Preparation and updating Master and Detail Plans of Activities and Project Control Systems, Construction of “S” curves, Cash flows, Resource Calculation, Critical Path Analysis, Physical and Financial Deviations Analysis, Forecast, Progress and Graphics Report. Establishment of Organizational Procedures for management information systems. Directly involved as employee, consultant, representing clients, contractors or subcontractors in on-site with large-scale industrial construction projects such as Earth works, and Underground works, Brown and Green field industrial facilities, Onshore/Offshore facilities, Oil Platforms, Oil Rigs, Flow Stations, Cocker Plants, Biodiesel, Shutdown for Oil, Gas and Cement Plants (Shut downs), Malls, Residential and Office Buildings, Housing development, and Massive Transport Systems (Metro). I have an extensive experience in reengineering process. Working knowledge in SAP implementation (Maintenance Module).
