Professional Experience
1. Work with CEO and Department Heads to develop and implement the new company policy and procedure as per the international best practice and UAE laws;
2. Create and ensure the ISO compliance of the training policy and plan;
3. Performance Management including the handling of annual and bi-annual review, design and maintain all company jobs descriptions, and performing the training needs analysis;
4. Manage the automation of the HRIS including Leave and Payroll process;
5. Ensure the proper handling of employees’ health insurance services;
6. Survey, create and implement the employees’ pension/saving scheme;
7. Coordinate with Department Heads and oversee recruitment;
8. Attend to Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) and External Auditors to ensure compliance with Labour Laws and standard regulations;
9. Ensure the suitable and comfortable work environment thru various activities of office administration, services and maintenance;
10. Manage the HR & Administration Department day to day activities.
