While working with Rowan Drilling companies I worked my way up to derrick
I worked as a roustabout doing general rigging working my way up to
Roughneck while learning how to put BHA’S together. Working on BOP’S
Installing rams. Learning the choke system and pressure testing of the stack
and choke valves.

Miller & Associates Drilling fluids 2007-present
After hiring on with Miller and completing there Mud Engineer Training
Program I began running a variety of mud systems as well as gaining experience in drilling in a wide variety of formations. Some of the mud systems that I am skilled in running include: Lignosulfonate systems, Desco Systems, KCL Polymer Systems, Pure Polymer Systems, Low Lime Systems and Salt Saturated Muds. I have also gained experience with Miller learning Chemicals and Mud Systems from a wide variety of Mud Service Company’s including MI Drilling Fluids, Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids, Newpark Drilling Fluids, Baroid Drilling Fluids and Ambar Drilling Fluids. I have drilled wells through out the GOM shelf and on land. I am familiar with all environmental paper work and drilling programs as well as being very familiar in Microsoft Excel. I have also had experience writing fluids programs as well as reading well logs.

Recently I have accumulated 3 yrs. Experience as a Drilling Fluids Engineer. In that time I have drilled in many different areas both on land and offshore, as well as a wide variety of formations. I have also had experience in running a wide variety of drilling fluids to accommodate the formations drilled. I feel that I have acquired an ability to accomplish tasks at hand for the most cost effective price possible. I have also acquired experience with Cementation. Being in on job situations while cementing has exposed me to a wide variety Of drilling situations and how to solve them.
