Dear Sir,

I was working with Arabian Gulf Oil Co. of Libya ( resigned last April 30, 2008) as Mechanical Specialist whose function is to provide a maintenance support to all rotating equipment in Sarir oil field, Gas Treatment Plant and Refinery. Well experience in preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance of equipment. Familiarity with the “Permit to Work” system and isolation procedures in the working area of responsibility.

Equipment and Instruments I commonly maintain and used:

Compressors like:
Air compressors AtlasCopco, Ingersoll-Rand, Worthington, Broom and Wade, Aerzener rotary Gas Compressor, Pensylvania Hydrogen Compressor, Mycome NH3 rotary compressors, (mobile and Static installation) are a common ones.

Pumps single and multi-stages: (Centrifugal, Rotary, and Reciprocating surface and shallow installation).
Ruhrpumpen, Allen Gwynne, Ingersoll-Rand, Goulds, Sundyne, Sunflow, Serve flow, Neptune, KSB, Mono, Wallace Tiernan and Various Chemical Injection pump types and some more.

Vibration Analyzer / Balancer:
Schenck Vibroport 25, 30, 41 and Vibrotest 60.

On Shop Balancing Machine:
Cab 720 Schenck (two planes dynamic and static balancing machine).

SCOPE OF WORK:

Equipment trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, repairs and, overhauling. Vibration analyzing, shop and field balancing, alignment of equipment using laser machine and dial gauges.
Well verse in the repair and reconditioning of various kind and types of Mechanical Seals (Crane, Pacific, BorgWarner, and Flow Serve) using Lap Master Machine.
