Responsibilities consisted of researching the
affects of certain pesticides on the production of cytokines by T-cells
and Macrophages. The research included titrations, growing T-cells and
Macrophages, cell viabilities, stimulating the cells in order to
Harvest cytokine soups, IR Spectroscopy, and ELISAs.
