• Develop process monitoring KPI and optimization tools to ensure the maximum refinery utilization and low Energy Intensity Index .

• Resolve plant operational problems and achieve optimum performance and evaluate and identify strategies in order to improve long- and short-term performance and mitigate potential issues.
• Develop simulation models to integrate new facilities and predict future challenges associated and take corrective actions.
• Develop process monitoring KPI and optimization tools to ensure the maximum refinery utilization and low Energy Intensity Index .
• Generate new ideas and develop solid business cases to pursue capital investments.
• Lead Process Hazards Analysis and Value Engineering assessments, conducts Project Design and Management of Change reviews, and lead incident investigations.
• Develop and review turnaround scope, start-up, shutdown procedures, and operator training manuals.
• Audit existing fractionation facilities/systems to identify improvement opportunities, potential problems, and remedies to existing problems.
• Conduct revamp studies.
• Monitor the refinery chemical treatment program and minimize the chemicals consumption, inventories, utilities requirement and energy to reduce costs.
- Assist in developing emergency response plans, conducting drills, and improving response capabilities.
- Assist in implementing incident investigation process and in properly reporting and investigating all injuries and incidents.
• Evaluate operational concerns and propose corrective actions.
• Recommends/review new installations or modifications to improve existing facilities.
• Develop younger process engineers.

Degree in chemical Engineering
Diploma in petrochemical Technology.
