Designation:-Site Engineer
Period:-June 2008 to April 2009.
Job Responsibilities:
 Coordination: Overall co-ordination and liaison with main contractor, consultants and clients’ representatives.
 Quantification: Project being re-measurable, preparation of measurements of erected works for preparation of interim payment applications.
 Variation claims: Assessing variations comparing with scope so as to enable the company to prepare cost implication statements.
 Erection planning: Planning erection sequence keeping in view the site conditions and pinpointing project programme.
 Identification of materials for erection: Identifying fabricated materials and giving clearance for haulage from fabrication yard to erection point as per the planned erection sequence.
 Final clearing: Final clearance of materials for erection at erection point, re-checking dimensions and confirmation that tolerance limits are adhered to.
 Liaison with QA/QC: Obtaining approvals from the Main Contractor and the concerned authorities with respect to HSE and Quality in the pre and post erection points of time.
 Report Submissions: Responsible for submission of daily Labour Reports and Quality Conformance Reports to the Main Contractor.
 Documentation: Responsible for all documentation pertaining to the project and Maintenance of detailed records for future references with a ready-reckoner to spot the required document.
