Generating project schedule for project monitoring “Primavera Project Planner” (P3.1) with necessary excel sheet for the monitoring of project adopting the laid down criteria and Procedure for Project monitoring, “Progress measurement system for the 5 completion packages/deliverables of the project.
Link Construction level 3 schedule as interface for Commissioning level 4/5 schedules.
Interfacing with the construction planning team for coherence between Construction Completion milestones - Ready For Commissioning (RFC) which will be Commissioning start milestone to Ready For Start-Up (RFSU) Finish Milestone.
Preparation/Monitoring of mini schedules for equipment like GTGs, Boilers, MR & PR Compressors, and Desalination Units etc.
Preparation/Monitoring of Look ahead/Stand alone systems and subsystem schedules for all sections in the department.
Preparing/Monitoring of Schedules for Vendor like GE. Buno etc, on GTGs Boilers and ensuring that they are on time and on schedule, and recommend/interface with Vendors to avoid delay and give corrective measure on delays on schedule to ensure that we meet Company/Client’s contractual target.
Periodically Physically monitoring project progress and assuring that jobs are in alignment with practical/commercial requirements of productivity and within time/budget constraints and recommend corrective action to avoid project slippage.
Monitor accomplishment of task and issue report on weekly and Monthly Cut-offs.
Tracking of Progress with the use of TOTAL Progress Software – ICAPS

Manpower planning, Tracking and scheduling.
Manpower look-ahead schedule and graphical representation.
Prepare/Monitor Schedule to enable Construction/Commissioning Activities as well as Operations to go along – Simultaneous Operation (SIMOPS).
Interacting with clients at Weekly Progress Meetings to apprise them of project progress, when mandated by Manager.
Exhibit a wide knowledge of Project Management body of Knowledge (PMBOK) from Project Management Institute (PMI) by applying earned value principle in analysis.
