Artificial lift / Workover supervisor

My objective is to get a better experience. I think that everyday I can meet more and more dificult situations in this industry, which means more experience.

·Aug 2008: Operations engineer ALS, Weatherford Romania.
·Apr 2007-Aug 2008: Field service specialist-Artificial lift, Cameron Romania.
-Field work installing, commissioning and troubleshooting Beam pump, Progresive Cavity Pumps, VSD instalations.
-Performing follow-up checks on installations to ensure unit is operating within acceptable limits, is properly protected by fine tunning motor controller alarm parameters and is fully optimized for best performance.
-Liaison with sales organization in job preparation and planning.
-Collecting pull observations, production data, and event history on pulled equipment for use in failure analysis.
-Establishing direct communication with the customer in the field and through follow-up to promote good customer relations.
-Providing feedback to sales department for other potential sales opportunities.

-Coordinating direct and review completion, workover, wireline, and rigless operations, within defined workover programmes and budget, in order to fully meet the prognosis target, pursuing the best results in terms of safety, time and cost effectiveness.
-Evaluating the need for services equipment and material and to providing for the issuing of their request.
-Coordinating the activities of Company's and Contractors units involved in completion, workover, wireline, and rigless operations and deciding about day by day matters.
-Reporting any technical or economical variation from approved scope, proposing the appropriate changes.

-Supervised all workover operations, ensuring efficient conduct and compliance with the Client`s procedures and safety, environmental protection and occupational health policies.
-Observed and guided the work performance of the workover crew to ensure high standard of safety.
-Perform rig-ups and assist rig movers.
-Supervises and tests the installation of blowout prevention equipment.
-Monitors adequacy of workover operation supplies.
