E&I section head construction manager

Duties
• Participate in the project development at various stages from initial to implementation to commissioning and start up in:

2. Defining the project scope and specification.
3. Evaluating different alternatives available for the projects.
4. Working with the project team to produce feasibility studies and FEED, and to evaluate bids and select the contractors.
5. Reviewing projects specifications and major packages along the project development.
6. Participating in negotiations of commercial project agreements.

8. Protecting Rashid petroleum interests in all its dealings with Foreign Partners.
9. Controlling projects execution in-terms of budget, costs, schedule, and quality.
• Collect and gather business information in relation with other Rashid petroleum departments and Affiliates to:
1. Build and update a knowledge Base
2. Coordinate the timely input of information from the different Divisions Directorates to the project required for the definition of the project and for the advancement of the project document negotiations.
3. Develop specific studies related to the development of projects.
4. Forecast supply demand balance and availability of feedstocks and other raw materials.
5. Develop business plan for the department, and update the departmental business plan.

• Support the commercial negotiation team(s) on technical and venture matters.

Project 1 Description
•Platform 1: Topside modifications comprising Topside Control System Installation, Structural (Deck Extensions), Piping (Tie-Ins) and associated E&I works. And Infill Well, tied back to existing Platform via a 1.5km 10" flow line with control by electrohydraulic umbilical from P-1 Platform.
•Platform 2: Infill Well, tied back to existing Platform2 via a 1.2 km 10" flowline with control by a 10km electro hydraulic umbilical from Platform1.
•R3 : Single Well, tied to a subsea manifold via a Jumper 10" flow line and electro hydraulic umbilical with the manifold connected via a 5km 22" flow line with control by electro hydraulic umbilical from Platform1.
•RN1&2 : Two (2) subsea wells, tied to a subsea manifold2 via 1.5km/Jumper 10" flowlines and electrohydraulic umbilicals with the manifold2 connected to the manifold1 via a 20km 18" flowline and electrohydraulic umbilical.
STATUS: 1-Detailed Design completed.
2-Installation of X-Trees, sub-sea control system, top side facilities 3-Laying ,installation and testing of Umbilical
4-Control room (LER) and Hydraulic Power unit (HPU) and chemical injection units tested and installation at platform1
5-Laying of 10" pipeline 6-Fabrication of two sub sea manifolds including the associated piping and valves 7-Fabrication of 22", 18" & 10" spools pieces
8-Laying and installation of 22’’ & 18’’ Pipelines
