Connected Group is a Multi-National Executive Search Company with offices based in Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Dubai working exclusively with blue chip and international organisations in the recruitment of senior-level executives. A privately owned enterprise and has developed from a pure executive search business into a full spectrum human capital consulting firm.

I joined Connected Group in April 2007 as a Research Associate and due to my consistent performance in exceeding targets I was quickly promoted to Researcher and in turn considered to be an integral part of the Consulting team. My ability to source and deliver technically strong and commercial aware candidates from locations worldwide enabled me to consistently be in the top tier of performers in the team.

My responsibilities included sourcing highly technical and senior management candidates worldwide for a number of multinational clients, providing market intelligence and understanding the synergy between client requirements and candidate needs.

Through an innovative approach to data collection as well as a pro-active work manner I was able to exceed targets and manage strong working relationships with clients and candidates alike. I have been successful in placing candidates in various industry sectors which include Engineering and Construction, IT and Telecommunications, Banking and Finance, FMCG and Real Estate Development.

Throughout my time at CG I have been one of the top billing researchers which has made it possible for me to participate in company incentives through hitting targets. I work well under pressure and have actively developed and maintained client’s and good contacts in the Middle East.
