Professional Experience
From Nov. 11 2004 to till date. (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
I take part in Commissioning and start up of DCS SULFURIC ACID PLANT along with “SIMIN CARVES” a world leading plant supplier company under the supervision of their commissioning Manager and technicians.
I am working as a SHIFT SUPERVISOR in 100 ton/day (DCS) sulfuric acid plant in Basic Chemical National Company (BCNC) kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Yanbu). I have rich experience to handle the LIQUID AND SOLID SULFUR.
From 1999 to 2004. (Pakistan) six years
Takes part in erection and commissioning of SULPHURIC ACID PLANT in HAZARA PHOSPHATE FERTILIZERS. A unit of National Fertilizers Corporation of Pakistan, under the administrative control of Ministry of Production and industries Pakistan. After commissioning take part in start up of SULPHURIC ACID PLANT capacity 110 ton/day.
My job includes to make sure the smooth running of plant during running condition and co-operate with electrical , mechanical and instrument personal during turn around the shut down. I handled various emergencies like Fire Fighting in LIQUID AND SOLID SULFUR AREA, Power failure.
