„Ã Conducts inventory of tools, spare parts and other materials that are stored in the warehouse for information and reference and source out the inventory to identify requirements and optimize the cost without affecting the quality and quantity of service by the operative disciplines, maintaining electronic and hard copy of documentation files.
„Ã Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; Reports damages and discrepancies between purchase orders & materials received.
„Ã Liaise to the Superior/Supervisor availability of tools, special tools, and requisition of tools and materials as necessary to ensure works are performed with the use of proper tools and supply of materials.
„Ã Provides and collects tools and excess materials avail by the technician for the performance of specific task.
„Ã Handles packaging and shipment of materials inter-installation movement or sending back of cancelled and damaged items to vendors accordingly.
