Rotating Equipment Engineer (Condition monitoring)
• Provide full engineering support to plant maintenance management during maintenance, repair, modification, commissioning and testing of the Obaiyed machinery and equipment. Develop the use and introduction of state of the art machinery and equipment condition monitoring systems.
• Carry out online and offline vibration analysis, thermography, alignment and lube oil analysis as set out by the condition monitoring program and issue technical and investigation reports as required in addition to regular preparation of condition monitoring monthly reports.
• Supervise, implement condition monitoring survey of rotating equipment and carry out analysis.
• Responsible for technical aspects of asset care, reliability and integrity of rotating equipments.
• Analysis of retrieved condition monitoring data and advising of condition of critical equipment.
• Establish and define condition monitoring strategy and related physical asset management on all Obaiyed rotating equipments and systems in line.
• Implementation and refinement of rotating equipment condition based maintenance CBM.
• Implementation of system based predictive technologies relating to rotating equipment.
• Design and implementation of a Computer Oriented Maintenance System with the use of SAP CMMS including the writing of the Maintenance Manual for condition monitoring department enabling a reduction in unscheduled machinery downtime to achieve engineered cost effective solutions to problems encountered on equipment and improve reliability of rotating equipments.
