INspection

· Entering & Updating the equipments & piping data frequency, plans, History, anomalies to the Inspection Management software
· Safety Critical Piping Inspection. (Thickness Monitoring, Pitting and corrosion Inspection replacement or temporary repair of line after calculation of PDT and Life Estimation)
· Inspection of NH3 Stationary Equipments. (Furnace, A-type Boilers with there refractory and High temperature & pressure Vessels)
· Inspection of Mari Gas Line to Plant premises. (Visual health of line, cleaning, primer, coating, holiday and sand bed).
· PMI of incoming Material. (ware house, Local Fabrication Cell and at Plant where required)
· Caring out DPT, MPI, Thickness Monitoring, Radiography Hardness testing, Gas testing, ferrite test, and VI on daily Routine & schedule bases.
· Temperature monitoring at Ammonia Reformer post at furnace, Re-boiler, Primary reformer, secondary reformer and transfer line.
· Pressure Safety Valve, Check Valve, Thermo-wells inspection
· Update and check up of line as per piping monitoring plans.
· Cranes Inspection Mobile and Over head.
· Radiation leak test survey of nuclear transmitters.
· Davit, Skirts, pipe to soil potential Survey
· Inspection of Gas turbine Duct, Boilers, Heat recovery steam generators.
· 6-Sigma Project on “Process improvement, Credo soft, & pit projects”
