08/2008 - today Mechanical engineer, OSCO (Oil Services Company), Hassi Messaoud Algeria.
Having tasks of CMMS "Computerized Maintenance Management System" in the planning and methods service of SONAHESS (SONATRACH (Algerian) in association with AMERADA HESS (American)).
Main work performed:
- Programming, and preparation all material required to the inspections for the static machines.
- Development of the preventive maintenance plan (PM, Job Plans, Number of Labors & hours) for all static and rotating mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, vessels, filters, PSV, piping …..ext) of a new project of Gas Compression and Re-injection.
- Review equipments maintenance JP procedures (Job Plans generally contain tasks, along with lists of estimated labor, materials, and tools required for the work).
- Verification on site the existence and the TAG numbering of the new project equipments by using P&ID.
- Integrating the new TAG No, JP and PM for all project equipment into the CMMS (MAXIMO).
- Review or schedule the start dates of the present and future preventive maintenance to be carried out by the mechanical section.
- Ensures that all repair work is carried out according to the job plan.
- Preparation of weekly Monthly and yearly reports and safety meetings.
- Other tasks like work order generation & DTR (Desktop Requisitions) for buying new goods electronically.
10/2007 – 07/2008 Mechanical engineer, ENGTP (Entreprise Nationale des Grand Travaux Pétroliers) (State-owned company of Big Oil Works), Algeria.
Having tasks of the following up of the piping and pipelining job.
Main work performed:
- Following-up of piping prefabrication works in workshop.
- Following-up of piping assembly works in the fields.
- Assistance and following-up of mechanical equipments assembly in the fields.
- Set-up weekly situation of piping and mechanical works
