Additional Information
Dear Sir/ Madame,
In my last role as Expeditor in EOS JV (KBR + WorleyParsons) for Pluto Project, Woodside Energy Limited Australia, I oversaw expediting aspects of the LNG project, which include packages such as mechanical, instrumentation, telecommunication and piping materials. I researched the requirements of each equipment and manufacturing process to ensure prompt delivery of orders. My ability to coordinate effectively resulted in most of pipes required for fabrications were delivered on time and a few of delayed pipes were transported by urgent air freight.
In my former experience as Procurement Engineer in Ramunia Fabricator Sdn. Bhd. for East Belumut-A Project, Newfield Malaysia, I was in-charge of procurement activities which included requesting for quotations, recommending awards, issuing purchase orders and following up on status of purchasing activities. My ability to pre-empt delays and assign alternative plans also resulted in minimal delay in the delivery of a crane when there were problems with the delivery of its pedestal adaptor from Turkey.
For these reasons, I hope that my experiences and skills will be given a chance to contribute to Client’s effort to deliver high-quality services. I believe we can find an opportunity to create a mutually beneficial partnership.
Yours faithfully,
Aria Trunajaya
