- Monitor and control MEP related such as HVAC, Chilled water, fire fighting, electrical, drainage, plumbing, and LPG construction activities associated with the buildings and external works.
- Manage consultant and contractor site supervision activities.
- Monitor submittal and procurement process in order to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with the package contractors and review daily reports.
- Coordinate MEP with civil finishes activities.
- Review technical submittals and shop drawings associated with the MEP.
- Review contractor method statements and construction procedures.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and safety managers to conduct quality and safety walks to ensure fulfillment with approved plans.
- Obtain false ceiling clearance from concerned authorities.
- Submit weekly progress report to the construction and MEP managers.
