-Collect data and analyze vibration signature using all analysis techniques such as Cross Phase analysis, ODS , Run up and Cost down tests , Bump test , Peakvue …etc. to detect and diagnose any problem before it leads to failure in several cement manufacturing plant such Helwan, NCC, Sinai and Masr Bani Swif plants.
-Using CSI analyzers 2120 and 2130 Pro Consultant and its software "AMS".
-Correct mechanical unbalance problem by applying in-filed balance jobs “multi plan and multi speed” using different balance techniques such as "static-couple balance” and flash angle “one shot balancing”.
-Writing monthly technical reports about the machinery health with clear explanations and professional recommendations and supervise applying these recommendations.
-Built up a data base for the equipments and select the equipments which go into the route.
-Built up proper case studies.
-Measuring and diagnosing faults of Bearings, Gearboxes, Electric Motors, Air Blowers, Fans, Air Compressors, centrifugal pumps, piston pumps.
