Fifteen years experience in all maintenance,repair and overhaul of mechanical equipment in marine/offshore as static & rotating equipment, sea water pump,fresh water generator,diesel engine for propulsion and electric generator,boiler,hydraulic system,valve,crane,cooler (heat exchanger),separator,compressor,and refrigerator system as air conditioning and cold storage.in FPSO facility and tanker.
Execute predictive and breakdown maintenance all of mechanical machineries on oil field production and Chemical ,oil tanker as manual instruction and keep in documentation as maintenance program.
Operating shop machineries for fabricate and repair of engine element as cylindrical part (shaft),bolt, nut, pin, bushing, cast iron part, pipe repair by using lathe machine, universal drilling machine, scrapper machine, welding machine and other special tools.
Perform disassembling and assembling the equipment to change spare part by obserb the deflection of the part as mechanical seal,O-ring,gasket,piston,connecting rod,pump,shaft,gear box,valve,turbo charger,etc by using the vernier,micrometer and able to use square frame,leveling instrument,measuring tape,dial indicator,deep gauge to identity water line and center line
