Quality Assurance/Control
− Setting up stage-by-stage quality monitoring system and ensuring adherence to quality standards for fabrication shop, Jacket fabrication (Offshore Platforms), Conductor pipeline fabrication, U-Stamp Pressure Vessels/Heat Exchangers as per AWS D1.1, ASME Sec VIII Div.1
− Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities for reducing the rate of rejection and re-work.
− Managing activities such as checking of alignments & dimensions of jacket/deck, Pressure vessel, Heat Exchangers as well as fitting up as per customer requirements.
− Stage wise as well as final inspection of equipment fit up inspection, weld visual, inspection of materials and consumables and final documentation
− Checking for NCR close outs & Preparation of all relevant technical documents concerning individual jobs.
− Approval of ITP, welding procedure specifications, procedure qualifications for various classes as per relevant approved procedures followed by performance tests for welders
− Review of WPS/PQR for materials of carbon-steel, stainless steel as per ASME Sec IX
− Reviewing RT films, UT, DP, MPI, Hardness, PWHT reports as per ASME Sec VIII, IX



Inspection & testing
− Conducting inspection of fabrication & installation of firewalls bent plates, handrails, ladder/staircase, galvanized structures, grating, pad eyes, raw materials, grout pipeline, Tube Sheets.
− Assembly & testing of grout line piping, Load out/Sea fastening arrangements as per the drawings & specifications
− Organizing third party inspection at different stages as per Quality Plan.
− Installation & alignment of rotary & static equipments/items like Jib Crane unit, Calorifier, Air Handling Units, Chiller Units, Water Tanks, Power Generators, Water Pumps for Living Quarters
- Co-ordination & Witnessing all NDT, Pneumatic/Hydro Test, PWHT as per the Client required International Standards & Specifications.
