Quality Manager , Projects Manager

To secure a position as a Quality Manager that will enable me to expand my area of expertise with future career potential.

Handle overall QC&QA duties, customers’ audit, investigates and adjust customer’s compliant.
• Responsible to ISO/TS 16949 , ISO14001 and Ford Customer Q1 Certification System.
• Responsible a Supplier Quality Management System , and handle strategic plan & audit for new and current supplier.
• Set up Quality Master Plan ( KPI ) , formulated and maintains quality assurance action plan complementary in
accordance to Company’s quality systems and cooperate policies and goals.
• Responsible handle a RoHS/ Voc/ELV /IMDS transition plan and strategy to product compliance.
• Responsible Quality laboratory testing and provides measurement for new parts and products validation and reliability
against quality plan , design approval, contract for build and final approval. Defines time period, number of pieces
and adverse consequences. Develop theories and test.
• Responsible Trains and Communication quality and reliability information to all plant personnel. directs all salaries
and hourly Quality and Reliability personnel and production employees.

• An experience has about 13 years up experiences in management field which is related to QMS and EMS and at least 7 years experience as QMR of ISO/TS 16949 and EMR of ISO 14001:2004 System in multi-national company.
•Understand the fundamental of management systems and holistic view thinking on real world.
• Good English proficiency, leadership, communicating, delegating or deploying, motivating, well-organized, responsibility, coordinated with positive attitude ,accountability, open mind, creative, respective and supportive.
• Good knowledge of the EU Directive RoHS/WEEE legislation & Green Partner Certification.
• Well-organized effectively time and being able to determine the right resources needed to effectively perform job assignments.
• Open-minded and willing to improve the works actively as well as relationship with team.
• Knowledge of , metallurgy, plating or assembly in an advantages.
• Dynamic with a creative, hard working and out-going personality.
• Being able to work effectively and within deadlines.
• Practical experience in ISO, SPC, FMEA, DOE, GR&R, First Article and Process capability.
