Over 16 years extensive experience in the Oil / Gas Industry in Kazakhstan; Administration, Human Resources & Operation Management expertise; Strategic Planning & execution competence; Personnel recruitment, training, evaluation; Labour Relations.

Develop and implement integrated and coherent HR strategies to suit local environments, which are aligned with Oil and Gas industry objectives. Develop of internal policies and procedures in accordance with the strategic objectives and needs of the Company. Establish and maintain HR processes, objectives in relation to the HR performance targets for PFD International. Develop and implement recruitment programs which comply with all legal requirements and Worley Parsons and Fluor International policies. Resource vacancies promptly, professionally and cost effectively both local and expatriate personnel. Provide support and advice Management with guidance on all HR issues relating to their project / department, ensuring all legislation and contractual issues and processes are adhered to. Contribute to the development of Manpower and succession plans. Work towards localization and development of local personnel. Manage and implement of labour remuneration programs ensuring its competitiveness at labour market and fairness in the Company allowing to recruit and retain qualified personnel. Control compliance of 1300 employees with the policies and procedures. Present and defend Company on HR issues in Court. Development and management of industrial and labour relations programs, conduct of labour dispute meetings and negotiations and participation in Contractors’ workers committee meetings.
