MECHANICAL SEALS

Worked on all types of seals including Single, Double and Tandem seals spring and multi-spring, Bellow type and proper rectification of the same.

GEAR BOXES

Involved in preventive maintenance and bearing and check the back lash clearance activities.

FANS AND BLOWER

Having experience to change the blade angles, belt aligning tensioning in the pulley with driver.

PNEUMATIC PUMPS:-

All types of chemical-transfer pump of Haskel, Piston types, Double acting plunger & piston types, Double acting diaphragm of pumps trouble maintenance the chemical injection area of pumps lubrication and servicing.

GAS TURBINE COMPRESSOR

Ruston & Kawasaki compressor of centrifugal type reciprocating pneum chamber, compression chamber, rotation parts, starting motor units, driven bearing, and blade.
AIR COMPRESSOR

Air compressor of all parts servicing and overhauling head, piston ring, linear replacing, Cylinder bore wear reducing, inlet vale.
HYDRAULIC TOOLS HANDLING

Good experience in handling of hydraulic pumps and tools such as Hydraulic torque wrench operation, and Tension tools operation.

STATIC EQUIPMENTS

Experience in preventive and breakdown Maintenance and Repairing of static equipments such as Separator, Tower, Column, Furnace, Vessel, Heat exchanger, Reactor, Valves & pipe line Maintenance etc.

VALVES:

Overhauled all type of valves like safety relief valves, general valves, etc. Involved in calibration of the same at the required set pressure.

 Completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
 1 year operation experience in the field of oil and gas offshore and onshore sites in various countries.
 Familiar with international standard codes, hazardous area classification and safe working practices.
 Undergone various trainings and courses.
 Adequate exposure with computerized record maintenance.

•  Completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).Having valid Indian Driving License (4 Wheeler, LMV) with good driving skill
