Duties 1: - Responsibility for project contract execution and effectively communicating contract and project scope details to all team members
- Serve as the team leader for project execution according to corporate policy, procedure manual and contract document
- Provide client's interface creating a positive image for corporate while maintaining positive project profitability
- Coordinate and participate in project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes and assure action is taken on all outstanding questions
- Have ultimate responsibilities for project quality assurance including development and implementation of project quality plans
- Review customer specifications to assure compliance; distribution and communication of same to team members including review and distribution of all process requirements
- Approve any change in project scope and change order implementation
- Coordinate the purchase of equipment and material in a timely manner to maintain schedule performance and minimise work interruption
- Coordinate the activities of the project team members, drafting, fabrication, and field erection as well as activities of outside vendors/suppliers to assure that the project remains in control at all times
- Prepare weekly progress reports completed on time and accurate
- Communicate completion of project milestones
