Brownfield and greenfield Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

• Ensure by leadership and guidance that contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions.
• Pre-plan and execution works for LIVE tie-ins and Modifications Works
• Pre-plan, coordinate and execute works for Shut Down jobs
• Ensure RFSU dates are meet / FSI are carry out and implemented
• Hands-on in performing loop checks, troubleshooting activities, bench and field calibration of E&I instruments.
• Responsible for the close out of punch lists items prior for system/project turn over. Provide input into constructability review of the detail design. Provide input into the selection of the most appropriate outfitting sequences.
• To provide support to all disciplines to ensure issues such as clashes, modification and temporary lighting requirement are resolved.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction contractors.
• Carry out site checks and verification works for design purposes.
• Maintain daily supervisory surveillance checks and records ensuring that contractor’s management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures, all required competent personnel, protective equipment, adequate supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets.
• Ensure proper change control by issuing Field Instructions for all changes, reviewing Technical Queries to ensure responses are appropriate and practical and reviewing Advanced Revision notices prior to issue to contractors to ensure correct use of construction resources
• Experience with loop walk downs, control room verifications, factory acceptance tests and field start-ups
• Prepare/Check E&I detail engineering design such as field instrument data sheet, hook-up drawing, termination, loops and single line diagram
• Deals with reviewing of all ITP's/QCP/Method Statement

Degree in Electrical Eng - Queensland university of Technology, Australia
Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Singapore Polytechnics
Piping System Design and Installation Detail – Ngee Ann Polytechnic

• Certified Safety Supervisor for Oil/Petrochemical Industry
• Shipyard Safety Instruction Course for workers
• Basic AutoCad 2002 – ITE Bishan Singapore
